you have a list of email addresses, of various countries, states,
(territory) districts, (province), you can customize the software
as
Major
Category = country
Main category = State (province/territory)
Sub category = district (province/territory)
In
case your kind of work/application does not separated by country,
then in instead of country, you can mention any other major
category

to install the bulk mailing software 7.1 in your existing web
site?

Create
a folder called "bulk mailing" in your web space
(where your web site is hosted) using ftp password.

Ask
your hosting company to give write permission to that folder
"bulk mailing"

Ask
your hosting company to give you the physical path of the
folder "bulk mailing" in your server. Send us
the physical path

will customize the software to the physical path, and give
you our software in a zipped form - you can un zip it and
upload it in your server.
