Our customer - 'A' was having regular
problem of his popmail box overloaded with 800 - 1000 mails.
This is due to his Suppliers - 'B' mailing him with high resolution
scanned photos to his mail box.
The same mails our Customer - 'A' use to download with much online
waiting and re - send to all his Buyers - 'C'
The Buyers - 'C' where downloading the same with much trouble
and view the photos for this we have given a solution to
our customer as follows..
Due to the above
problems, customers were incurring
- STD cost
- FAX Cost
- Communication Loss
- Buyers too find the process to be Costly and Time consuming
- Photos received through
e-mail are too large in size and hence.,
your Upload /Download time increases making the
system costly and inefficient.
- The mail box becomes full and
the mail recived by the customer returns to the
Supplier who has to again spend the same time to
download it.
- The photos received by Customer
was too large in size and hence if not resized,
it will become a cumbersome for the Buyers
to receive it.
(keeping in mind the poor internet
connections in India)
- Searching for an old photo
becomes a problem.
- Unnecessary duplication of
files in your computers causing confusion.

Step I
- Instead of sending photos by mails all the photos will be
uploaded by supplier(s)
to Nissi's Server
- Each present suppliers will be allotted one separate folder
in this server
- Every supplier’s folders
will be allotted exclusive User name and Password .
- Using the user name and password the supplier will upload the photos
into their
respective
folder. Care is taken that one supplier cannot view others
folder.
Step II
- 'A' will be given a master control
login and password to down load
from all the
supplier
folders
- 'A' will down
load the files
- 'A' will
Re- size, Edit the photos
- 'A'
will Upload it to the present “A” ‘s own
website.
Our Master control will allow you to create a Dynamic
Web page for the Photo
resized
with a few clicks of the mouse and will get added to the Web
sites
'Machines
for Sale' page under the relevant Category.
For example : Draw frame.
- A link will be created
by the master control and instead of sending the whole
photo sent by
the supplier, the link alone need to be sent to all Textile
mills.
This will also
avoid the problem faced by mills downloading the huge
files so far.
Every
dynamically created web page will have a Serial Number
. which will help
you to retrieve
the machine details at any time .
- Search facility will be provided on the
server so that any machine details can
be searched
with keywords.

reduced the communication cost and time, It further increased
the productivity of the customer and his profits.
