Few questions about the E-mail software?

1. I saw there is attach photo facility in the editing e-mail page. But it dose not work. It will work or not? I want to cut and paste - (Tamil words as JPEG) words and photos.

---It will not work as of now. We need to do some upgradations to the software only then it will work. The present software does not include this facility. But it can be upgraded shortly.

2. If I buy the software from you , only you can able to upload and make it work? or anybody can buy this software and insert in to there computer. I mean their server? It is easy to setup in their sever?

Answer:-
---Anybody can buy and use it but since the software has to be customized , they will need our help just to install it for them in their website. Also the software has to be configured to the buyers website. So we will do the installation in about 15 minutes - thats all.

3)If i do not have a website how can i use your bulk mailing software?

Answer:-
For those who do not have a website, we can provide the software in our website. Those who pay us, will give a url like nissiinfotech.com/Sam and give their login,password and use their software.

4). In the long run If anything happen to this software ( screw ups) I have to pay again?

Answer:-
---the price Can$50 Indian Rs.1,500 US$38 is inclusive of one year support. We take care of the problems for the whole year. But there will be no problem otherthan the server downs once or twice in a year.

5). This software can be able to insert in to my computer and use as a server?

Answer:-
--- No --

6). If this is only web base software , then I have pay for the server space?

Answer:-
---If you are having a website of your own, we can install this software in that, if not you need to take server space from us which will cost you additional US$19 and for every additional 5 mb of space US$19

7)What server i must have to install your bulk mailing software? How to check whether my website is in windows server?

Answer:-
---You will need windows server. You can ask your web designer or If an asp programme is running in your website, it will be a windows server. You can also inform us your website, we can check and tell you.

8)Payment to be made in advance?

Answer:-

9)Will you charge for upgradation?
